Synchronizing your WalnutEMR calendar with your preferred calendar platform is quick and easy. Follow these two simple steps to keep your schedule seamlessly organized across all devices.
Step 1: Subscribe to Your WalnutEMR Calendar
- Log in to your WalnutEMR account.
- Navigate to the “My Account” tab.
- Click on “Calendar Subscriptions.”
- Select “Add.”
- Choose the desired calendar(s) from the list.
- Copy the provided calendar link.
- Hit “Save.”

Step 2: Connect to Google Calendar, iCal, or Outlook
Google Calendar
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, next to “Other calendars,” click “Add other calendars” and then “From URL.”
- Paste the calendar link into the field.
- Click “Add calendar.”
- The calendar will appear under “Other calendars.”

iCal (Apple Calendar)
- Open the iCal application on your Mac or iOS device.
- Go to “File” > “New Calendar Subscription.”
- Paste the calendar link into the subscription field and click “Subscribe.”
- Customize the settings as needed and click “OK.”

Outlook Calendar
- Open your Outlook application.
- Go to “File” > “Account Settings” > “Account Settings.”
- Click on the “Internet Calendars” tab.
- Click “New,” paste the calendar link, and click “Add.”
- Customize the settings as needed and click “OK.”
